Bogg Post from Rob Sheldon Secretary
We would like to remind members that if, as a fully paid up member of this association you witness any illegal fishing or breaching of the club rules you have the right and the duty to:-
1) Ask to see the member’s license.
2) Request that that member stops the illegal practice.
3) Report the incident (including name and license number) in writing to the committee.
4) Make any personal complaint/grievance to the committee by email to secretary@aadaa.co.uk
By letter addressed to the committee and left in the signing in box.
We cannot turn a blind eye to any illegal practices that we witness because if we do then we are just as guilty ourselves.
We also have a responsibility to promote and support the club in its endeavours to improve the environment in and around the areas that we fish. There is a simple formula that we all need to be mindful of
Accessible fishing + increased membership + shared responsibility = more fish and better fishing.
