Bwlfa

Set high up above the South Wales valleys is Bwlfa. This is a worm and fly reservoir. It is above the Dare Country Park in Aberdare.

This is where the junior competition takes place in August, why not make it family day out.
Stocking takes place every three weeks with rainbows which are grown on at the clubs fish farm. These range mainly from 1 lb. up to 2lb although a good number of natural brown trout, these are very difficult to catch!

There is NO catch and release on this water.
